After the classic teachings of Pro Chef Series 1, students further their culinary experience with the extensive hands on experience in International and Contemporary Cuisines. This course meets one time a week for a period of 10 weeks. The total cost of Pro Chef II is $1,000.
*Italian- An introduction to the main regions of Italy and their cuisines, with emphasis on the techniques of cooking and their methods of preparation.
*Mexican- we include regional foods from the states of Oaxaca and Veracruz.
*Greek, Moroccan and French cuisine is also featured.
This program has recently been redesigned. The finished results after each class are truly amazing. students really get the opportunity to see how far they’ve come through the experience of Pro Chef II.
Pro Chef II West Hollywood (meeting one day a week for 10 weeks) $1000
Wednesdays, starting October 27 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Pro Chef II Anaheim (meeting one day a week for 10 weeks) $1000
Tuesdays, October 5- December 14 6:30-10:30 p.m. $1000. Beginners: Fridays, September 24-October 29 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
