In this series, students learn the art of cake

decorating "step by step". This course includes,

frosting, stacking, piping skills, piping borders,

color mixing, flow-in, color techniques and flower

and border designs. We include starters cake

decorating tip set and chef coat.

Decorating with Fondant

In this 4 week series, students learn hands-on the art of

decorating with fondant.  All materials/tools provided

in the classroom.
